Daberechi Onyeacholem, a year 9 student of Greensprings School was part of the 6-man team that represented Nigeria at the World Robotics Challenge. The team won two bronze medals at the competition and these came in the outstanding support and international journey categories.
The challenge which was centered around Energy and its impact took place in Mexico on the 20th of August 2018. A total of 187 counteries were represented at this competition.
This feat has placed Nigeria on the map as an emerging force in the world of robotics and technology in general.
