Girl Force: Unscripted and Unstoppable

Since 2012, 11 October has been marked as the International Day of the Girl.

The day aims to highlight and address the needs and challenges girls face while promoting girls’ empowerment and the fulfilment of their human rights.

This year’s theme is titled “Girl Force: Unscripted and Unstoppable.”

Across all our campuses, we commemorate the day through a yearly program tagged Girl Up.

This year we assured our girls of the power they have to change the world.

One of the speakers for this year, Dakore Akande, encouraged every girl child to pursue their dreams and let nothing stop them.

#feelgoodfriday❤️ #laterpost As I headed out to speak with young girls at @greenspringsschool Lekki on #Internationaldayofthegirl2019 to encourage and inspire the next generation of young ladies. I had such a wonderful time dropping some gems. Thanks to my girl @zinkata1 and her adorable niece Chloe for the invitation. #GirlsUnscriptedUnstoppable 💪🏾 Let’s take time to inspire any young ladies around us to remind them they are special, they matter and can do all things 🙏🏽👭🏻🦅💫 Song :” Sometimes” by @BrandNewHeavies feat @qtiptheabstract Mua: @swishsignature #stylebyDax in @janemichaelcollection blazer, @tnldesigns pants @louboutinworld 💃🦅
