Greensprings Girls Triumph at AISEN U17 30th Anniversary Football Competition

On November 9, 2024, Greensprings School’s U17 girls’ football team shone brightly at the AISEN 30th Anniversary Football Competition. Competing against 17 other schools, the girls showcased exceptional skill and determination, culminating in a 3rd place victory. Their performance reflects the hard work and passion that the sports program at Greensprings fosters, proving once again that excellence extends beyond the classroom.

Outstanding Debate Performances at AISEN Regional Finals

The AISEN Regional Debate Finals on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Bridge House College, Ikoyi, provided a stage for intellectual brilliance. Representing Greensprings School, our debaters excelled, with Charles Omenukwa, Eniifeoluwa Aderemi, and Francesca Anyanwu from Lekki Campus clinching 1st place in the Key Stage 3 category. In the Key Stage 4 category, Maryam Okeniyi, Oghenetejiri Fabolude, and Oreoluwatomi Ojo achieved an impressive 2nd Runner-Up position.

The judges lauded the students for their eloquence, critical thinking, and collaborative efforts. These achievements further affirm Greensprings’ commitment to nurturing leaders through holistic education that values both intellectual and interpersonal growth. The school is eager to support its students as they advance to the AISEN National Finals.

On Saturday, November 23, 2024, Greensprings School’s Under-12 boys’ football team delivered an unforgettable performance at the AISEN Football Competition, hosted by Chrisland School, Idimu. Competing against 11 other schools, the team demonstrated unparalleled resilience and teamwork, earning a well-deserved 2nd place finish. Their remarkable achievement underscores the spirit of persistence that Greensprings instills in all its students.
