Greensprings School, Lekki Triumphs at AISEN KS3 Debate Finals

Greensprings School, Lekki, once again proved its commitment to excellence as it emerged champion at the AISEN Debate Competition (Key Stage 3 Category) held on Saturday, 17th May 2025. The prestigious event, which brought together top schools from across the country, was the culmination of months of rigorous preparation, critical thinking, and eloquent oratory.

Representing the school with poise and brilliance were three exceptional Year 9 students — Charles Omenukwa, Francesca Anyanwu, and Eniifeoluwa Aderemi. Having qualified from the highly competitive regional stage earlier in the year, the trio stood tall in the finals, which were held virtually and featured other schools representing different regions of the country.

With compelling arguments, sharp wit, and firm confidence, the Greensprings team impressed both the judges and audience, ultimately clinching the coveted first place. Their victory is a testament not only to their hard work and intellect, but also to the guidance of their dedicated teachers and the school’s strong emphasis on holistic education.

This remarkable achievement adds yet another feather to the Greensprings cap and underscores the school’s reputation as a nurturing ground for future leaders and changemakers. Congratulations to Charles, Francesca, Eniifeoluwa, and the entire Greensprings community for this outstanding triumph!
