Due to recent events in the country, there is no doubt that many Nigerians are going through different forms of mental stresses. To keep our staff in a good mental health condition that’s required to do their jobs efficiently, our human resource management department organised mental health awareness sessions.
These sessions were held in collaboration with our health management organisation (HMO) partners. Dr Timilehin Ogunkoya of Total Health Trust (THT) facilitated a session titled “Maintaining a Positive Mental Health” on Tuesday, October 13, while Dr Chris Abojei of MetroHealth facilitated a session titled “Managing Your Mental Health in a Crisis” on Friday, October 23.
